The new “Vai Vía” production in Teatro Principal is a story for the whole family, paying tribute to all the women who put caring for their loved ones above personal success. The name “Vai Vía” is translated from italian as “back and forth” and represents a kind of chaotic movement, bustling atmosphere, instability and constant searching.
Rita is a homeless woman who lives only on memories of her past life, full of ups and downs. Through her biography, told by pantomime, expressive photographs, voice-overs and a beautiful soundtrack, “Vai Vía” shows the life of the people on the streets.
This first international co-production between the renowned children’s theatre studio Xirriquiteula Teatre and one of Denmark’s most prestigious family theatres ZeBU features only one actress – Yolanda Llanso.
