A festival dedicated to performance arts in the heart of Mallorca. The festival’s special feature is that the performances take place right on the streets, squares and in various corners of Santa Eugenia, so that the entire city temporarily becomes a stage.
This cultural event spans across several disciplines uniting dance, theatre, circus, music, clownery, street performances and more.
One of the festival’s characteristic events is the Quarterada Teatral. This is a theatrical route, during which spectators move from one location to another and watch performances by various artists and theater companies. Previous years’ program included companies from Mallorca, Catalonia and other countries.
Colourful spectacles, live performances and a special festive atmosphere for the whole family where art escapes the bounds of a theatre hall and meets the audience right on the streets of the city.
