The annual feast of Saint Jaume 2025 in Establiments!
One of the most important and traditional celebrations in the balearic communities, dedicated to the apostle Jaume – patron of towns and villages. It is celebrated annually on July 25, the events last for several weeks.
The programme features a festive mass, folk dances, open air dinners, concerts, DJ parties, games for children and many surprises for the whole family.
Special attention is paid to the tramponada — a traditional dinner with summer trampo salad made with tomatoes, onion, pepper, tuna and olive oil. This dish is perfect for summer holidays; local residents prepare it together during the celebration. As well as a theatrical performance prepared by local artists.
The organizers, the Association of Neighbors of Establiments and the youth group Jovenea Establimentera, have lovingly prepared the events so that everyone feels part of a big and friendly celebration.
