Mallorca – once and for all

Mallorca – once and for all

Locals call Mallorca “La Roqueta”, which translates to “Little Rock”. This small piece of land is peculiarly international. Surprisingly, it contains so much, from beautiful landscapes to gastronomic festivals. One celebration is followed by another, new festivities arrive, the sounds of music and clinking of glasses fill the air. For the under a million population of the island there are 10 million tourists annually. Many of them return times and times again – Mallorca enamoures people once and for all.

The range of attractions on the island is extremely broad, to anyone’s taste. Nights of Art, when painters, sculptors and photographers exhibit their works in galleries in the small cities, are very popular here. Sometimes it’s possible to see the works of worldwide celebrities, as well as the celebrities themselves. One can take a walk with a glass of wine through the narrow streets of the city, listen to the Spanish guitar and enjoy the warm breeze from the Mediterranean sea – this and much more is the island of Mallorca.
