Habaneras music festival

Location: Port de Soller. Mallorca
An open air music festival dedicated to the habaneras, traditional songs with Cuban and Catalan roots, will take place on September 18th and 19th at the d’en Repic beach in Soller. The beach will turn into a stage with chairs installed right on the sand.
The event will take place in an open-air venue by the sea with free admission. On Friday, September 18, Xeremiers de Sóller, Mar i Vent from the Costa Brava, Aires Sollerics, and Arpellots will perform. On Saturday, September 19, the program will begin at 12:00 PM in Plaza de Sóller with Arredefolk from Formentera, followed by Xeremiers de Sóller, Mar i Vent, and A Romandre from Menorca, and Toc de Crida and Clave y Montuno from Cuba, in the Port of Sóller. It’s a truly musical evening with participants from across the Balearic Islands, Catalonia, and Cuba, which is a great opportunity to listen to live music and spend time by the sea in the ambiance of Port de Sóller.
