The fado songs are usually performed with strong emotional input and deep lyrics, they are about love, loss, fate, sadness… Sarah Correia is a perfect example of fado. Her voice takes listeners to the most earthly of places and at the same time makes them feel high up in the sky. The sincerity with which she tells about herself in her songs is a true magnetism.
In November, the singer will present a new album Liberdade, a successor of the album Do Coração, which was nominated for Latin Grammy and receive the Play Award as “The best fado album”.
