Easter service in the La Seu Cathedral

Location: Palma. Mallorca
The Easter holidays will come to an end on Sunday, April 05, with a celebration dedicated to the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. At 10:15 starts the Meeting Procession in which the images of the Risen Christ and the Virgin Mary meet in front of the entrance to the cathedral. This event symbolises the end of mourning and the triumph of life.
Right after the procession there will be an Easter service led by the bishop of Mallorca, Sebastián Taltavul. This central service of the day will be filled with the light and joy of the Feast of the Resurrection.
