“Alart”. Night of arts

”Alart” is an annual cultural event that takes place in the town of Alaro in Mallorca. In 2025 it begins on June 14 and runs until July 18, turning the city into a modern art gallery.
The project was founded in 2007 with Alaro town hall’s initiative and since then has become an important part of the region’s cultural life. “Alart” includes exhibitions of art, photography, sculpture, installations and video art, as well as music and dance performances, workshops and artists’ meet-and-greets.
The works of more than 50 artists will be presented in 15 different locations, including municipal buildings (such as Casal Son Tugores and the City Hall), the Church of San Bartolomeo, the Natalia Bento Gallery, as well as the town’s streets, shops, restaurants and private galleries. The list of participants includes both local authors and internationally renowned artists.
”Alart” aims to make modern art closer to people, expanding the boundaries of the traditional exhibition space, open to experimentation, dialogue and new artistic forms.
