Sierra de Tramontana Fair in the Lluc monastery

Sierra de Tramontana fair is a traditional event that celebrates its 30 year anniversary in 2025. It will be held on October 11 and 12 in the Lluc monastery, one of the most notable cultural and spiritual centres in Mallorca.
The fair is dedicated to nature, agriculture, culture and crafts of the Sierra de Tramontana region, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage List. Its main aim is to preserve and promote local traditions, eco farming and natural beauty of the mountain region.
Guests will be offered goods from local farmers and craftsmen, workshops, tastings, cultural performances and family activities. Special attention is paid to local fruits, olives, wines and handmade products.
The fair is organized by the municipality of Escorca and the Germà Macià Botanical Garden. This event has become an important part of the island’s cultural life and annually attracts many visitors seeking to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of authentic Mallorca.
We also recommend signing up for the guided walking tour, which will take place on October 11, 2025, at 11:30 AM, called “Lluc també té nom de dona” (The Monastery of Lluc also has a female name). Participants will meet at the fountain in Plaza de los Peregrines.
