Dancer, director and choreographer Sara Baras, the world’s leading flamenco ballet performer, will present her dance program “Fly!” in Mallorca. The artist from Cadiz began her career on stage more than 30 years ago and since then she has only seen success. The gold medal “For Merit in Art” in 2020, as well as the title of the artist who performed the largest number of times in the history of the Elysee Fields Theater in Paris (more than 200 performances), are just some of her career achievements.
Since the founding of her own ballet troupe, the Flamenco Ballet, in 1998, the artist has presented seventeen shows, being a director, choreographer and performer of the leading role. Sarah Baras is touring the best theaters in the world. Royal Albert Hall in London, the Sydney Opera House, the Elysian Fields Theatre in Paris, the City Centre in New York, the Bunkmore in Tokyo or the Concert Hall in Hong Kong are just a few of the theaters whose audience has been won over by the dancer.
