Musical show “Intrusion” Ara Malikian

Ara Malikian is an Armenian violinist and composer who will perform a show in Mallorca this autumn. The musician was born in 1968 in Yerevan (Armenia). He started playing the violin at a very young age and at 12 was accepted into the Bucharest conservatory. For the last few years his career has been steadily growing, Ara performs with leading orchestras and tours around the world.
In his concerts, the violinist combines different music styles, including classical music, jazz, folk and traditional Armenian music. He is known for his vibrant and expressive performing.
”Intrusion” is Ara Malikian’s new show that includes elements of music, dance and theatre. In this performance, Malikian continues to explore and expand the limits of music genres. Ara Malikian won’t only play the violin but will also include other instruments, adding variety and experimentation. The musician actively cooperates with other artists, creating synergy between music and movement, embodying the idea of “intrusion” — when music and art penetrate into different cultural and personal spaces.
