III Paella Festival

For the third time, the annual Paella Festival awaits all those interested in Spanish gastronomy and culture.
The history of the festival began forty years ago, when the residents of the Soledat quarter in Palma gathered together for holidays, where paella was the main dish. Inspired by this warm and friendly tradition, the Art & Design District decided to unite neighbors and guests by making the Paella Festival an annual event.
This year, Mallorca’s top chefs will once again present their signature paella variations, including traditional recipes and bold, creative interpretations, all prepared in front of the public. For example, last year’s highlight was the sweet paella.
In addition to gastronomic events, the festival will offer guests an entrance to the world of art: visitors will be able to visit the studios of famous artists for free, for example, the “Loop Through” exhibition by artist Gary Hill from Seattle, or get acquainted with modern art installations and take part in creative master classes. Live music will contribute to the festive atmosphere.
