Dina Nedelcheva is an outstanding Bulgarian pianist and teacher of international level. She received an education and taught at prestigious music institutions, and since 2014 has been working at the Madrid Royal Conservatory. Her credits include concerts in Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Lithuania, the USA and, of course, Spain.
In summer 2025 Dina Nedelcheva will participate in the famous F. Chopin Festival in Valdemossa, an annual event in Mallorca in memory of the great polish composer. The program consists of several concerts taking place in historical places associated with the life and work of Chopin, including the famous cell No. 2 of the Cartuja Monastery, where the composer spent the winter of 1838–1839.
The shows will take place August 9 and 10 2025at 21:30 as part of the “Full Moon Concert” series. The concert will be filled with poetry and lyricism. Works by Clara Schumann, Maria Szymanowska, Cécile Chaminade, Amy Beach and Franz Liszt will create an atmosphere that will prepare listeners for the grand finale – a performance of Chopin’s Sonata No. 3 in B minor, op. 58.
This evening promises to be one of the most memorable events of the festival, combining a unique atmosphere of the monastery with an outstanding interpretation of great composers’ music. Tickets already available online starting at 20 euros.
