The annual gastronomic route around Palma involves about 50 restaurants and bars around the city, and they will mainly serve tapas – small original starters. The chefs’ fantasies and ideas can be very diverse. Sometimes they combine seemingly incompatible tastes, but it is always delicious, colorful and aesthetically pleasing.
On November 3 , the Palma Congress Centre will host a competition among chefs from local restaurants. A famous jury will select the best tapas and announce the winners. Their restaurants will be included in a gastronomic route that will take place from November 5 to November 9, 2025. Along the route you will also be able to try a variety of cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
This year, the event will celebrate its 20th anniversary.
