Sardine fair

The Sardine fair in Palma will take place between the 15th and 18th of may 2025 at El Moll de Pescadors. This bright and hearty festival, dedicated to seaside culture and traditional cuisine is organized for the first time by the Palma Fishermen’s Guild.
On Thursday 15th May, the market will officially open with fishermen’s arrival, lighting up fires and a concert. The following days will offer a range of interesting events dedicated to fishing and sea life, “Palma Aquarium” workshops and music evenings from local DJs.
Guests will enjoy fresh sardine dishes, beautiful sea views, a rich entertainment program and a real atmosphere of Mediterranean fun.
