Sardine fair

The Sardine fair in Palma will take place between the 14th and 17th of may 2026 at El Moll de Pescadors. This bright and hearty festival, dedicated to seaside culture and traditional cuisine is organized by the Palma Fishermen’s Guild.
On Thursday 14th May, the market will officially open with fishermen’s arrival, lighting up fires and a concert. The following days will offer a range of interesting events dedicated to fishing and sea life, “Palma Aquarium” workshops and music evenings from local DJs.
Guests will enjoy fresh sardine dishes, beautiful sea views, a rich entertainment program and a real atmosphere of Mediterranean fun.
