The 39th opera season will end in June in Mallorca with a brilliant production of “Don Pasquale” by the Teatro Regio di Parma (Italy). Gaetano Donizetti’s comedy opera (opera buffa) is full of humor, intrigue and love. A witty plot, inspired by commedia dell’arte, is about an old and rich single man named Don Pasquale, who is trying to organise a wedding for his nephew. However love, cunning and a woman called Norina bring a change to his plans.
Light, bright and musically exquisite comedy “Don Pasquale” wins over the hearts of the audience from the first scene.
Language: Italian with subtitles in Catalan, Spanish and English.
