Featuring a legendary Canadian troupe Compagnie Marie Chouinard, founded in 1990 by choreographer Marie Chouinard — one of the leading figures in modern dance. Her style is often described as avant-garde, experimental and even physical, as she actively explores the human body’s ability, unusual forms and boundaries of expression
The program includes: “Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun” by Claude Debussy, “Let Me Weep” by George Frideric Handel, and “The Rite of Spring” by Igor Stravinsky. This unforgettable event will be a real holiday for all fans of art and modern ballet.
