Dijon’s Bo is the main autumn celebration in Inca, a town on the island of Mallorca that is held annually on the third Thursday of November. The name translates from Catalan as “Good Thursday”. The festival is a culmination of a series of fairs that take place in the autumn in Inca and is considered the most important fair in Mallorca, attracting thousands of islanders and tourists.
During Dijous Bo, large agricultural exhibitions and demonstrations of traditional crafts are held. Markets with local products and treats are opened. Visitors can try traditional dishes and products such as sobrasada, ensaimada, local wines.
