On August 29, 2026, the 45th Festa des Sequer will take place in the picturesque town of Lloret de Vistallegre in Mallorca;a traditional holiday, dedicated to the reaping and drying of figs, one of the symbols of local culture and agriculture.
Festa des Sequer is a return to the roots, to the time when the whole town came together to share harvest, labour and joy. The streets are filled with live music, dancing in traditional costumes, markets with local products and crafts. Guests can taste traditional fig dishes, find out about the process of drying, as well as participate in different cultural and gastronomic activities.
This year the festival was moved 2 weeks earlier than usual due to climate change and heat. Don’t miss this delicious summer festival.
