Festival “Costitx in flowers”

The Costitx flower festival is an annual event that usually takes place at the end of april or the start of may. During these days the village becomes a true flower paradise with bright decorations all over the streets and houses. The local community, florists and painters create unique compositions, creating an atmosphere of joy and beauty.
During the last few years, more and more attention has been drawn to sustainable gardening methods and ecology. Professionals will teach the guests how to grow plants with a minimal effect on nature, use organic fertilisers and ecological methods to care for plants.
