Childhood and Youth Week

Childhood and youth week will be held in Palma from November 17 to 22 2025. This annual event, organised as part of the “Palma — a child-friendly city” initiative, aims to support the rights of children and teenagers, develop their creative potential and encourage active participation in the city’s life. Throughout the week Palma will host a variety of events, dedicated to childhood and adolescence: games, workshops, sport competitions, creative and cultural activities, exhibitions, street celebrations and meetings with youth organisations. The main goal of the event is to create a space where children and teens will be able to express their ideas, participate in public life and feel like their voices matter. Moreover, the week is aimed at strengthening connections between families, schools and communities, promoting the values of respect, friendship and cooperation. Thus, it is a whole program of action that emphasizes the importance of childhood and youth for the future.
